Dannielle joined Cohen Legal in 2020. With over 16 years in office administration experience in varying fields including aviation, accounting and retail.

Dannielle Peckett or Danni as she’s affectionately known in the office, is the Administration Supervisor at Cohen Legal and has been a cornerstone of the firm since 2020. Widely regarded as the steady hand behind the scenes, she plays a pivotal role in keeping the practice running smoothly, efficiently, and with heart.

From the moment a new client makes contact, Dannielle helps ensure their experience is organised, prepared, and seamless. She oversees client onboarding, matter creation, workflow coordination, and accounts management, working closely with the legal team so every file is ready before a client walks through the door. Her proactive approach means solicitors are informed, clients feel prepared, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Before joining Cohen Legal, Dannielle worked in aviation maintenance planning – a fast-paced environment requiring sharp logistics, adaptability, and calm under pressure. That background shaped her ability to juggle moving priorities, anticipate issues before they arise, and pivot quickly when circumstances change. Those same skills now underpin the operational rhythm of the firm.

But beyond systems and schedules, Dannielle is deeply valued for something less tangible – the way she makes people feel. Clients appreciate her warmth, humour, and genuine interest in them as people. The Cohen Legal team know her as loyal, steady, and someone who quietly steps in whenever support is needed. She helps set the tone for the office culture: approachable, grounded, and human.

A Townsville local and Commissioner for Declarations, Dannielle is proud to serve the regional community she calls home. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family and her much-loved dog Dixie.  She fully embraces the relaxed North Queensland lifestyle she wouldn’t trade for anything bigger.
